胸廓切开术

胸 = 匈 + 月 : Xu Xian (xu) noticed Bela Lugosi (匈) is just going out when the full moon (月) is shining at the night sky and suspects that he is a vampire. Therefore, he plots against Bela and one month later, he rams a stake into Bela's chest (胸) in front of the engine ((e)ng1). Bela just feels a little chest (胸) pain but nothing more, since Xu Xian missed his heart.

廓 = 广 + 郭 : Karl Koala (ku) is practicing his skydiving skills in the observatory's bathroom (o4). He set up a big (廓), open (廓) ring of outer city walls (郭) which he tries to land in when he jumps from the ceiling with his parachute (广) on.

切 = 七 + 刀 : The Queen of Hearts is ready to cut and slice anything and anybody: She's holding a seven-branched laser sword and a cleaver in her hands in front of the elevator.

开 = 一 + 廾 : A bottle opener. Karl Marx is sitting in front of the airplane, begging for money. He's playing a flute and has his bottle opener ready for the next beer, but unfortunately, he'll be carried away, his hands cuffed, soon.

术 = 丶 + 木 : Mnemonic symbol from 手术: surgeon.

In the space station's bathroom (Ø4) the surgeon (术) wants to tickle Sheldon Shrimp (shu) with a petal (丶), but Sheldon thinks it's a trap and he wants to cut him open, so he hides behind a Christmas tree (木).
